Batman would see their arrival and pulled back the lever that opened the cockpit forcing the door to slide onto the hood exposing the five seat design of the vehicle's passenger compartment. "I wasn't planning on taking her home...She's not apart of Scarface's plan. But now we know how Scarface was planning on finding the banks. Scarface's men got away, again, but we did successfully stop hem from destroying the building..." Once they were safely inside he closed the cockpit and ignited the afterburner to accelerate them faster. His hands were on the steering wheel with his concentration and focus on the streets ahead of them. "First stop is the Commissioners House. We can update him on our progress. If Gordon has any way of accessing the FBI's files on Penguin, we'll be able to narrow down Scarface's next target and catch him and hopefully put an end to this whole thing..."

Barbara tried to keep her winning smirk to herself and was glad the dark of the batmobile would have hidden it. Robin had held her hand if only for a run to the batmobile. And boy, up close, he was cuter than his pictures in the GCPD. She heard Batman speak and snapped out of her momentary girly moment. The inside of the batmobile, her eyes took it all in with greedy interest. How many people had been inside here?
Take her home? Was now a good time to try and vy for her abilities as a Batgirl? After all, that's what she'd been doing in the dark alleys of Gotham late at night and she'd set her mind to it. Staring at Batman's dark profile, she decided against that particular bit. He was too focused, he wouldn't listen even more so than normal. As he poke to Robin, she listened intently and leaned up from her seat toward him with eagerness. "I don't mean to eavesdrop, but you don't have any music on so there's not much else to focus on. You want your way into the FBI's information and if you know anything about their connections to small town police departments, you know they have a lot of closed doors." she swallowed and shrugged, voice sounding a little meek suddenly. "If you can keep a secret, I can get you into the FBI, unfiltered, no closed doors. All access."

Robin’s smirk fell slightly as Bruce mentioned his plan to leave her outside the building. “Exactly, they stuck her in a room with enough c-4 to destroy the whole building, it was on a two minute timer, so when the building doesn’t blow up in two minutes they’re gonna know that she isn’t dead. We couldn’t just leave her standing there, besides...you knocked out the swat team.” Batman had already conceded to taking her home by mentioning the commissioner's house, but Robin felt he had to defend his motives. He shot a smile over his shoulder toward Barb as she leaned up before turning back to Batman. “Alright, so, they got the location, did you manage to track em? If they took the whole server, how are we gonna find out where Penguin’s bank is?” As Barb interjected, Robin raised a brow, impressive, he turned back to Batman, waiting to see what he thought.

Batman stopped the Batmobile at a red light to listen to Barbara's 'idea' unknown to Robin or Barbara - Batman was fully aware of Barbara's field of study and fully aware of her talent. Following the incident with Two Face and the Joker, Batman made sure to keep tabs on Gordon's family and discovered details about them that looked promising; and however cold it may seem, Batman saw an opportunity to use them in his war against the criminals of Gotham. This information he wouldn't share with either Dick or Barb for years to come, for now he would portray stoic and monotone, he wanted to let things play out and see how they would unfold.
"If you can get me inside the FBI's database, we'll have a chance to stop Scarface." He pulled the Batmobile into an alley and waited for Barb's explanation. "What do you need to get inside?"

Barbara caught Robin's smile at the corner of her eye and, mingled with her pride in her recent achievement, she tried hard to keep her lips from tugging up in the smile it was warring for. And now she had the Dark Knight's attention. Okay Barb, be smooth. "So, I have a link to the FBI's database but I've yet to link things fully through my phone, the access is severely limited until I finish a few bugs. And while I could completely link up the rooter to the fepped out FBI server from my phone, the netter is a terrible route to getting the information we're looking for." She stopped a moment and realized she was slipping into her computer hacking terms in the midst of her excitement and on top of that, she was rambling. Fantastic, the first few moments of Batman's direct attention and she'd gone into geek mode. With this realization, she swallowed and licked her lips before shrugging. "I-I need to get to my computer." Had the interior of the batmobile been lit better, they'd have caught the stain of red that flagged her cheeks. She dipped her head a moment before raising it again. Now and again she slipped back into her age group, and less of the educated young computer genius. But she was sure of herself none the less. She'd spent several months fighting crime on the streets of Gotham in her makeshift attire and now, she was getting the chance to really do more good than just stopping muggings.

Nightwing The words may have embarrassed Barb, but Dick found himself smiling the more she went on. He didn’t understand a thing she said, preferring the flat foot side of detecting over the high tech online stalking, he left that part of the job to Batman. That wasn’t to say that Dick wasn’t a fan of technology, the gadgets he and Batman deployed he could take apart and put back together blindfolded while setting a land speed record, but hacking took a dedication and affinity he hadn’t shown. “Yeah, see, boss? She just has to fepp out the rooter and net ourselves a bad guy.” He expected the pun to fall flat, but it didn’t stop the shit eating grin on his face. “So, to the...Barb cave?”
"You're looking for a burner device or a holo projected hard drive to remove any trace you were involved." Batman stated to summarize what Barbara was trying to say, as well, bring Dick up to speed with the idea. Robin and I can get in and deactivate the security and give you a device to access the files. Does that sound plausible?" He questioned and confirmed with her while reaching into the glove box to pull out a small SSD harddrive that he offered to Robin, without needing to say much it was assigning Robin to meet up with Barbara while Batman would handle security. Batman had to also prepare for a plan B, in case Scarface managed to turn things on them and everything went south quickly. "All you have to do is wait for the security system to go down. If you give us access to a computer, we can locate the security boxes connected to the alarm to prevent it from sounding off."
Batgirl With her cheeks heated with her flush, her head ducked and her curtain of bright red hair falling to frame her half-hidden face, Robin's words hit her. A smile began with those pink lips and her gazed began pulling out of its ducked state. Pearly whites bit her lower lip with a grin at the Boy Wonder. He was being kind to her, helping her not feel like such a goof, and in front of the Dark Knight no less. He was the perfect companion for the Batman. Someone needed to get him out of that dark little shell of his. She had to try everything to stifle the giggle threatening to erupt in her throat as she grinned at Robin in the dark of the batmobile.
Batgirl Batman's words brought her from her second round of girly stupor and suddenly she leaned up between their seats further. She watched him reach into the glove box and pull free the SSD. "You…" wait, of course he'd know about a burner, how else was he doing all the things he was able to? "Y-yes. I can get access to a computer." She looked to Robin, "We can go to my place, I'll snag my laptop and we can head out. I'll get in, burn away any traces and find out the Penguin's banks." She glanced back at the Batman again. She was so close to him right now, is this how close her dad always was? He looked more square-jawed from here, and there was a set to his lips that looked like he must never smile. It didn't matter how many photos of him she'd stared at, they didn't do the man justice here and now. "What kind of window can you get me once we're past the security?"
Nightwing Robin shook his head. “Time to get to your apartment means time for the feds to send reinforcements, by which time you me and Batman gotta be out of here.” Robin may not have known computers and networking and all that mumbo jumbo, but he knew the Batman and he knew strategy. He also knew time was of the essence and while Batman would accept Barb’s help while it saved them time, he wouldn’t put her in unnecessary danger. “So, what the boss meant was, we get into a computer here and you use that SSD to erase your digital fingerprint after you tell us which lines to clip and which lines are dummy lines so we can shut down the physical defenses and then get our information the hard way.” He didn’t know all the particulars, but an apprentice that knew absolutely nothing about computers wouldn’t do for the Dark Knight. Dick allowed his pride to show in his smile. “We take the hard drive with us.” Turning to the man with the cape and cowl he raised a brow from behind his domino mask. “Sound about right?"
Batman "Correct." Batman stated. But he realized he made a fatal mistake. "I'm sorry, kids. I forgot. They took the servers, so our plan is to trace their location using Barbara's skill and our technology, Robin." Batman didn't have the emotional excitement that the two kids had, to him this was a job with high risk and the two kids weren't making this easier on him. Dick had done a good job at the airport and the warehouse, but now they were up against the wall. They had to stop Scarface now. The batmobile would arrive at the Gordon residence, parked in the back alley, Batman would open the cockpit and allow Robin and Barbara to get out, they would see the large stone wall to the backyard of the Gordon's house, the garden was small but, big enough that Jim could plant a little garden. Jim wasn't one to waste his salary on a large house or fancy cars, mostly he concerned himself with giving his kids a good education.
Batgirl Kids? Had he called them kids? She opened her mouth to retort but they pulled up at her home and the batmobile opened. She took a breath looking at Batman's grim profile a moment before grabbing a hold of her skirt hem and holding it down as she climbed out. Kid. She'd show him. He had no idea what she was away from her father's eyes, she'd prove herself. And she most certainly was not a child. Approaching the stone wall, its large, faded stones clothed in crawling ivy, she lifted her foot to the small chink she knew by heart and reached up to the top, hoisting herself over and onto the ledge, glancing down at Robin and Batman in the batmobile. "He locks the gate and I don't have the key on me. I sort of wasn't prepared. One moment." She glanced at Robin and winked, "Sorry, Boy Wonder, I don't let boys in on the first date." And with that, she slipped down the other side of the wall and disappeared from their sight. Crossing the garden, she approached the back kitchen door and entered
Batgirl keycode and entered. Barbara had never flown up the stairs so quickly, launching into her room without a single light put on. She slide the wall panel of the closet back aside and pulled out the hidden trunk, grabbing out her homemade attire she'd been using. She slid it on as she danced across the room and gathered her laptop bag and slid it inside. Lastly, she pulled on her headdress, the black, half-mask that covered down to her cheeks and opened wide around her eyes. The bat tips poked up as Batman's did, but her crimson hair stung out in bright contrast to the black. The purple leather jacket was adorned with her own touches to keep her warmer at night as well as had padding to help absorb blows in a fight. She'd added a black and yellow reversable cape at the shoulders so that it hung to her buttocks which were also clothed in a purple leather. They were built for riding her cycle...that her father didn't know about. He thought she always rode the scooter she so adored. Black
Batgirl boots finished off the attire and she grinned at her reflection a moment in the hall mirror before dashing down the stairs and out the back, locking the door carefully and launching herself over the wall and in view of the boys once more. The Batgirl leapt into the batmobile and instantly opened her laptop, booting it up and grinning ear to ear.
