Ok! So, here’s the apply, please keep in mind that this character is supposed to be Lynx II, the undercover cop and that there is very little information in the wikis, so I had to made up a lot of stuff and keep things simple for now.

• Master Swordswoman: Lynx is practically at one with her sword, taking on multiple henchmen and thugs at the same time armed with only it and her knowledge. She's taken down the likes of Robin/Red Robin, Spoiler, and the Gotham City PD without too much trouble.
• Expert Tactician: Lynx has shown the ability to deduce battle strategies and learning the normal fighting styles of heroes such as Robin.
• Acrobatic: Lynx's acrobatic ability has let her reach destinations before some of the Batman Family.
• Expert Martial Artist: When Lynx is without her sword this doesn't stop her from being a powerful fighting force. She knows at least Kung Fu.
• Bilingual: Lynx can speak fluent Chinese (simplified) and speaks semi-broken American English.
Equipment: A Chinesse Jian katana and other various swords, feline like claws, a lynx mask to hide her face when she’s getting in trouble and that also mods her voice, and most likely a couple of pistols and other undercover police equipment.

Appearance: Her every day outfit varies a lot like any normal woman of her age. She doesn’t have any scars or tattoos. Her Lynx outfit varies too; sometimes she doesn’t have enough time and goes just with the mask and whatever she had at the moment. Other times she prefers dark colored leather like outfit, tight and with a slight green hue to it.
Personality: She’s extroverted, charming, manipulative, and fairly intelligent. She tends to make good use of her small frame to be sneaky and stealthy in general. She's somewhat afraid of overusing her looks as she knows that it could backfire with ease among criminals. She doesn't kill unless she, like any other cop in self defense, has no other option.
Significant relationships
Her family is in Hong Kong China and she misses them. She’s single. I will have to talk with other players, just in case!
Yi Wang: Her immediate superior and the woman that recluited her as an undercover cop. She reports to Yi on a regular basis, which is something that she hates because, despite her efforts and the amount of evidence and detentions back in Hong Kong, the progression is never quick enough for them, which only adds more stress for her. She still really likes and respects her, considering her the only real close friend that she can talk to as her real self.
Red Robin: She finds his personality cute, mostly because he acts awkward around women, and that drives her crazy, which is dangerous because she's not supposed to!
Spoiler: She likes her already, and she thinks that she has a mind of her own. Cute too. She's interested in knowing more of her if her own time and situation allows for it.
Vehicles
She has two identical motorbikes but of different colors, one green for when she’s riding as Lynx II and the other silver for when she isn’t getting in trouble.

Armaments: None, although she excels at shooting firearms while driving.
Armor type: Light armored, merely modified to sustain more of small firearms damage.
Abilities: None yet! But modifications sounds like a cute little starting roleplay.

Oh my, my skill? Ok! Just don’t boo me! Also, I might tweak her background a little bit, here and there, but it should be a good starting point for the character.
Sometimes late at night in her favorite secret spot she daydreamed about the past, when her life wasn’t all that complicated, and she didn’t have to pretend being three different persons at the same time. There was Kristin, the young gang girl… then there was Lynx II, the anti-heroine and her alter ego for when she had to get in trouble, and somewhere deep inside there was her own self, the young undercover cop. But she had always wanted to help others in need and when she got the chance to try and make a difference she took it and flew away to Gotham. Her mission was to get involved with a gang called the Golden Dragons, an Asian gang formed mostly by teenagers that had moved from Honk Kong, and find evidence against them as an undercover cop. Thanks to her half breed Asian looks, and her skills, it didn’t take her much time to get into the gang.
Surely, she had to do things, but she made sure to never ever kill anyone, even if they truly deserved it! As time passed she had made sure to solidify her links with the Golden Dragons and soon enough she had most of the gang under control, most of them were young and that made things easier for her. Eventually she had to fight the current leader and after beating her she took complete control of their operations in Gotham's Chinatown. As of late she had been trying to extend her contacts in the city, without much success, and she had been doing her best to try and manage her stress levels, which tend to get extremely high at times, by visiting a lonely beach late at night that is not far from her residence. She hates it when she has to report back to the police in Hong Kong as she's barely able to talk with her family. She has also been trying to drive the gang into a more neutral side, little by little, making sure that they don’t suspect of their leader actually being an undercover cop.
She opened her eyes after the cold breeze caressed both her cheek and hair, forcing her out of her daydreaming state. She was still all alone, laying on her back on the sand of her favorite secret relaxing spot. She stood up, shaking her head at herself, remembering all that she had done didn’t help her stress levels at all. She then spend the next few minutes trying to get the sand off her hair and, after she was done she quietly stared at the ocean, fixing her eye sat nothing in special. She concentrated herself on calming her mind by paying attention to the waves, the salty air that she loved so much, the promise of seeing her family soon… “No!” she protested, trying to focus again, this time managing to ease her nerves for a longer time before she finally decided to get back home and take a much needed sleep. Tomorrow she had to start thinking on creative ways to keep the moral of the gang high and she had a few heists on her mind that would hurt the bad people of the city.

I will modify her aligment to neutral good, it makes sense and I will improvise something for Red Robin and spoiler, and maybe make up someone in hong kong too!
